Guardian Angels Parish Council (Brampton) had its installation of the new executive at the parish hall with its spiritual advisor on November 7, 2020. The council also celebrated its anniversary with the welcoming of new members and service awards. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, members stayed connected and proved that nothing is impossible if the council works together as one.

St. James Parish Council’s (Wilkie) spiritual leader asked members to find a way to bring a spirit of hope and positivity to the community; especially to those struggling because of the pandemic. The parish council responded with a special project, Spread the Joy. In December, members began selling vouchers that allowed buyers to enter the names of three people who they would like to be the recipient of a beautiful floral arrangement to brighten their day. More than 700 names have been entered and the floral arrangements bring joy to the recipients.
