Rev. Mike McCaffery was all of these and more, and loss of the much-loved priest casts a long shadow on the Archdiocese of Edmonton where he served for more than five decades. Father McCaffery died Jan. 12. He was 85. He had been living at Villa Vianney, the residence for retired priests.
