It is a providential occurrence that the inauguration of Joseph Biden as the 46th president of the United States is taking place during the Octave of Prayer for Christian Unity. Jesus was clear in the Gospel that a house divided against itself cannot stand. Against the devil’s work of isolation, alienation and separation, Jesus came to gather and unite.
