As the world braces for the “new normal”, a Vatican official lamented how people quickly forget the lessons on humility from the coronavirus pandemic, reported CBCP News.
Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle, prefect of the Congregation of the Evangelization of Peoples, said decried how the pandemic is highlighting divisions in many parts of the world.
“We are back to the imposition of influence and power,” Cardinal Tagle said in his homily during Mass at the Pontifical Filipino College in Rome on Sunday.
