“Our country is constantly faced with various trials and difficulties, there are few job and education opportunities, high insecurity, including the uncertainty and expectations that come with it and a new government”, said the Mexican Bishops in their message at the beginning of the year, but they also recognize that “our people want the Church to be a close companion along the way,” and express their commitment to building a “common Home.”
“A reality fraught with insecurity and excessively increasing violence forces our people to live in fear, pain, and insecurity,” said the Bishops in their message published on January 8,
