+Jayne Buryn, Falls Asleep in The Lord

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Jayne Buryn.
For the past several years, Jayne served as Chair of the Eparchial Pastoral Council and Eparchial Communications Director.
In her capacity as Communications Director, Jayne covered events and stories of interest about the life of the Ukrainian Catholic Church throughout Alberta. Her last article (attached) covered the Sod-blessing Ceremony of Saint Sophia Parish:  “It was meant to be:  Bishop David returns to complete the grass roots of Saint Sophia Parish (Sherwood Park) Project.” She wrote some 50 articles in total.
