“God often speaks to us in the years of our youth and points out to us the project of our life.” (Pope Benedict) It is important during the years of our youth to remain close to our Lord and to discern His will in our lives.

UK Media Gets into the Gosnell Story

UK Media Gets into the Gosnell Story Posted on April 14th, 2013 by Squeaker in Abortion A great article in the Telegraph. The conclusion that can be drawn is that because of the relative development of the fetus, a late-term abortion involves something closer to the taking of life than earlier terminations. Should DNA Be Patented?

I find the prospect very scary for the culture of life.I think the Church should issue a teaching on it– and I believe the Church would be against it.I think Parliament should legislate against it.Otherwise, one day, someone will patent a human being.

Wednesday in Holy Week: Reading from the Breviary

First readingFrom the letter to the Hebrews12:14-29You have come to the mountain of the living God Strive for peace with all men, and for that holiness without which no one can see the Lord.
