All-day kindergarten: early education or just a huge waste of taxpayer money?
In 2010, the Ontario Liberal government implemented all-day kindergarten. The early childhood program costs each year about 1.5 billion dollars. You would think that the government had done its homework before spending that kind of money. But as usual policies and legislation too often come before common sense and financial responsibility.
