17-year-old with Down syndrome becomes pro-life advocate in Canada

EDMONTON, Alberta – Sarah Joy Walker is alive today because her mother flatly turned down an abortion.

Seventeen years later, the Edmonton teenager saw her pro-life advocacy dream become reality.
She told her story to a large audience at the Alberta March for Life May 9. The annual event coincided with the national March for Life in Ottawa, Ontario, and others across Canada.
