Jack Phillips, the owner of Masterpiece Cakeshop near Denver, whose refusal to make a cake for a same-sex wedding led to a U.S. Supreme Court decision in his favor, is back in court claiming the state of Colorado is again wrongly prosecuting him, this time for declining to bake a cake celebrating a “gender transition.”
