A film documentary censored by the Ottawa public library

Last year the Ottawa public library had an agreement with Madeline Weld and Valerie Thomas permitting them to use the public facilities to screen a film documentary titled, Killing Europe. They were told that booking for the screening had been approved. The two sides had a rental contract. However, Weld was later contacted by the library’s management and asked if the content violated either the Human Rights Code or the Criminal Code.
