The Apostolic Nuncio and Permanent Observer of the Holy See to the United Nations, the Most Reverend Bernardito Auza, recently delivered an address on the occasion of the Tenth Anniversary of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples during the 16th Session of the UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues.
