Japan care home murders probed as euthanasia hate crimes against people with disabilities.

Alex SchadenbergExecutive Director – Euthanasia Prevention CoalitionThe Japan Times News has reported that the recent masacre of 19 residents at the Tsukui Yamayuri En care home for people with disabilities is being investigated as a mercy killing.According to the Japan Times News Satoshi Uematsu, a 26-year-old former employee of the facility told police he was trying to “save” people with multiple disabilities and had “no remorse” for what he did.
