VIDEO: Part 2: The Society of St. Pius X
This week we continue our look at the
Society of St. Pius X, the traditionalist movement which may be close to
reconciliation with Rome after years of separation over the modernizing
reforms of the Second Vatican Council. We visit the society’s principle
seminary in Econe, Switzerland, which was founded in 1970 by Archbishop
Marcel Lefebvre and has a reputation for being the epicenter of
opposition to Vatican II.
