You may have thought by reading this blog that I only think of child-rearing, cooking (sometimes), and homemaking (even less). And really, that is the crux of where my brain-cells go these days. And that’s okay.
But every now and then, whether to justify myself to the world, or simply prove to myself that I can compose a coherent sentence, I need to take a step back from the kids. Writing-wise, that is.
So please allow me for the next couple of posts to say nothing about about my kids.
It’s not that I don’t love them — immensely! — or feel delighted by their sweetness and constant changes. It’s just that I want to share another side of me to you, the I dunno, 7 or 8 of you, that read this blog.
